The European Le Mans Series 4hrs of Silverstone saw G-Drive Racing take their third win in a row. The Oreca 07 driven by Roman Rusinov, Andrea Pizzitola and Jean-Eric Vergne, a fan favourite, took a comfortable lead over the #24 Racing Engineering Oreca by the second hour and never looked back.
LMP3 saw the #3 United Autosports Ligier of Anthony Wells, Garret Grist and Matthew Bell take the class win fractions of a second ahead of the #7 Ecurie Ecosse/Nielsen of Colin Noble, Alex Kapadia and Christian Stubbe Olsen.
There was a twist to the end to the race in LMGTE when the first over the line #66 JMW Motorsport driven by Miguel Molina was handed a 10 second penalty for exceeding track limits, however with a 10.126 lead over second in class #88 Proton Competition meant that the #66 Ferrari kept the win by just 0.126 of a second.
G-Drive Racing continue to lead the championship with two rounds left to go.
